luxurious highlight, featuring black winter truffle, crispy shallots and ponzu. Complementing this is the
vibrant Salmon Sashimi, elegantly paired with a spiced green curry dressing, pickled onion, and
coriander. The crispy Ebi Prawn Tempura Nahm Jim completesthe selection with tiger prawns drizzled
