欧美成人 is governed by a Board of Directors who are volunteers representing their sectors. They are responsible for the effective delivery of the business projects and services and upholding 欧美成人’s vision and objectives.

Huw Llewellyn - Chair
Head of Property and Facilities Management - Admiral Group

Huw has been a member of the Board since 欧美成人鈥檚 inception in 2016 and Chair for 5 years.

Having been part of Admiral Group for 20 years, Huw has witnessed its growth and becoming an integral figure in Cardiff鈥檚 business community.

He has overseen the expansion of its property portfolio, including the delivery of Ty Admiral, bring strong real-estate expertise and insight into large-scale developments in Cardiff.

Cliff Vanstone - Vice Chair
Head of Branch - John Lewis and Partners Cardiff

Cliff helped establish a BID in Cardiff, working with the Council and business leaders to champion the initiative. A Partner in the John Lewis Partnership for 29 years, he is now Head of Branch at John Lewis and Partners Cardiff, the largest department store in Wales and a major employer of over 500 Partners.

Bruno Nunes
CEO and Founder - Creative Hospitality Group (Peppermint Bar and Kitchen)

The founder and CEO of Creative Hospitality Group, which owns and operates a portfolio of bars and restaurants across Cardiff and Swansea (including Peppermint on Mill Lane), alongside events, security, building, maintenance, and facilities management businesses.

A founding 欧美成人 Director since 2016 and long-standing board member of Swansea BID (Wales鈥 oldest), Bruno brings extensive operational expertise in hospitality and the night-time economy, together with strong industry advocacy and dual-BID insight to support city-centre vitality and business-led initiatives.

Nick Newman
Director - Croeso Pubs and Chair - Licencees Forum

Nick is Director at Croeso Pubs and has chaired the Cardiff Licensees Forum for 20 years, representing around 100 city-centre venues and earning Police Partnership Awards. In addition to being a 欧美成人 Director, Nick also chairs the Cardiff Night Forum CIC, serves on multiple committees supporting the safe management of Cardiff鈥檚 night-time economy, and acts as a regular media spokesperson for the sector.

Leanne O'Brien
Partner - Commercial Property - Capital Law

As Head of Real Estate and a member of the Operations Board at Capital Law, Leanne has been integral to the firm鈥檚 growth since its incorporation 15 years ago. She works with public and private sector clients regionally and nationally, supporting strategy and development through a collaborative approach.

Laura Davies
Director of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment - Cardiff University

Laura leads teams across communications, marketing, recruitment and public affairs, and previously served as Director of Student Recruitment and Outreach, delivering significant growth in student fee income.

She specialises in engaging Gen Z, Gen Y and millennial audiences and in building strong international partnerships. Laura is also a fluent Welsh speaker.

Gemma Aitken
General Manager - Lush

With over 10 years鈥 experience on Cardiff鈥檚 high street, Laura oversaw Lush鈥檚 relocation in Cardiff and is a strong advocate for bricks-and-mortar retail. She also supports Lush UK and Ireland on projects including spa strategy, in-store customer experience, and employee onboarding.

Helen Morgan
Centre Director - St. David鈥檚 Dewi Sant

Helen has been with Landsec for nearly 25 years, progressing from marketing roles into operational and leadership positions across its regional portfolio. She now leads a 1.6 million square foot retail destination in the heart of Cardiff, serving as one of the central hubs of the city鈥檚 business community.

Dan Jones
Head of Community Safety and Violence Prevention - South Wales Police

Dan joined South Wales Police in 2014, following roles with the Crown Prosecution Service, National Probation Service and Swansea Council. From 2011 to 2013, he was Swansea City Centre Manager, working with Swansea BID to create a safe, welcoming environment.

He has led place management strategies with businesses and partners and has advised the ATCM and Home Office on reducing alcohol-related crime and supporting diverse night-time economies.

Chris Jones
Director - Aspire Systems - Cardiff Division

Chris has returned to Cardiff after a period living and working in London and joined Aspire Systems in April 2026 as Director of its Cardiff division, driving strong customer outcomes through long-term partnerships. Chris brings valuable public sector and business growth experience to the 欧美成人 Board.

Sophie Mullins
Enablement and Growth Operations Management

Sophie Mullins鈥 expertise is rooted in sustainable solutions and responsible growth. Throughout her career she has played a central role in shaping operational practices which enhance efficiency while supporting organisational performance.聽Sophie brings a forward-looking sustainability perspective, with a strong understanding of how businesses can embed ESG principles into everyday decision-making.

Director of Experiences - Techniquest

Gareth McTiffin is Director of Experiences at Techniquest and brings a strong track record in transforming public-facing environments across the charitable and cultural sectors. He is the first member to represent a Cardiff Bay business which is a significant milestone as 欧美成人 has proposed expanding the BD area to include Cardiff Bay in its third BID term.

William Owen
General Manager - Utilita Arena

William Owen contributes extensive insight into major events and commercial strategy through his role as General manager of Utilita Arena. A new member of 欧美成人鈥檚 Board, his experience overseeing large-scale events, venue operations and commercial partnerships provides the Board with a valuable understanding of the city鈥檚 events landscape and its wider economic potential.聽
