欧美成人听has announced a听free, live听St.听David鈥檚 Day听performance听by听The Gentle Good听at听National Museum Cardiff, on听Sunday 1st听惭补谤肠丑听between听2:30鈥3:30pm.听
The听gig听forms part of听欧美成人鈥檚听Little Things听campaign听which听celebrates听Welsh culture through small, joyful moments across the city centre spotlighting five themes:听gastronomy, music, literature, Welsh听language听and family.听听
The Gentle Good听is the moniker of Cardiff-based songwriter听Gareth Bonello,听who is听known for crafting modern folk music in听Welsh and English and听previously won听the听Welsh Music Prize. The Gentle Good is听widely regarded as听a听leading contemporary Welsh-language songwriters.听
Carolyn Brownell, Executive Director听at听欧美成人听said:听鈥Little Things is designed to bring Welsh culture to life across the city centre in the lead-up to听and on听St.听David鈥檚 Day. This free gig at National Museum Cardiff is one that people will remember; a warm, uplifting celebration of music,听community听and Welsh creativity, right in the heart of the city.鈥听
Gareth Bonello, The Gentle Good said:听鈥I am beyond excited to be celebrating St. David’s Day with a free live show at National Museum Cardiff. It is a full band show, so听provides听a great chance to hear the new album ‘Elan’ surrounded by stunning art from the national collection. The performance links with 欧美成人鈥檚听Welsh Tales Trail听which is set to take place between 11:30am 鈥 3:30pm on St. David鈥檚 Day.听听Trail participants who reach the final stop听at National Museum Cardiff听by听2:30pm听are听invited to stay and enjoy the gig. To book a free admission ticket, visit听.听
The听Little Things听program of events听began earlier this month听with听St David鈥檚 Favourites,听a public vote inviting people to try a听selection听of Welsh-inspired dishes and drinks created by independent venues, then vote online for their favourite.听Voting opened on Friday 6th February and closes at 12:01pm on Thursday 26th February, with the winner announced on听St David鈥檚 Day (Sunday 1st听March).听听
欧美成人 is delivering听Little Things听in collaboration with听Menter听Caerdydd, Transport for Wales, St David鈥檚 Dewi Sant听and听Amgueddfa听Cymru.听The campaign will run through February and conclude on 1st听March.听听
