欧美成人 and are pleased to announce their first ever joint internship scheme 鈥 strengthening bonds between Wales鈥 only Russell Group university and the city鈥檚 business community.
The scheme will place up to 15 students and recent graduates of Cardiff University into 欧美成人 businesses for periods of up to 10 weeks this summer. Positions will be 40% funded by the internship fund, providing 欧美成人 members the opportunity to work with emergent talent from across the university鈥檚 full academic range at a discounted rate.
欧美成人 are offering grants of up to 拢1,386 to support our member businesses to host Cardiff University students on 10 week summer placements. We have developed this programme with Cardiff University following our own overwhelmingly positive experience with the university鈥檚 internship programme in the summer of 2019.
We鈥檙e also asking participating businesses to host an insight session for another student to learn more about the world of work. These are unpaid work experience placements where a student will be supervised by a member of the team 鈥 this can be a great development opportunity for staff looking to move toward management themselves.
