Equality City aims to culturally embed equality and diversity into working practices across Cardiff by asking businesses to sign up to a list of pledge commitments. Each pledge from a Cardiff business will contribute to a more inclusive organisation and a more inclusive city.聽
We will be joined by keynote speaker Bernie Davies,聽winner of the ‘Women in Business 2021 Diversity & Inclusion Award’, bestselling author and diversity and entrepreneurship leader. Along with guest speakers from Chwarae Teg, the charity inspiring, leading, and delivering gender equality in Wales.聽
There will also be an opportunity聽to network with local businesses over drinks and canapes.
This event is open to all, regardless of if you are 欧美成人 member business or not.聽
