Last week鈥檚 decisive general election result offers the chance of certainty and stability to businesses across Cardiff city centre. The result also brings the vital opportunity for increased collaboration between the UK and Welsh governments on shared policy commitments such as business rates reform. It is incredibly important that these opportunities are seized and acted on right away for the benefit of Wales鈥 economy and our town and city centres.
