The FairPlay Employer survey showcased the positive environment the company is creating with their focus on equality and diversity with 100% of staff saying they鈥檙e not treated less favourably because of their gender, 100% of staff saying there is a supportive culture to work flexibly, 100% of staff believe they have equal opportunity for access learning opportunities within the organisation.
