Join the 5-Day Refill Challenge: Simple swaps to cut single-use waste听

Take part by making small, sustainable swaps each day 鈥 or stick with one that works for you. Whether it鈥檚 refilling your coffee cup, reusing containers for takeaways, or shopping packaging-free, every swap makes a difference.听

- Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and refill it regularly throughout the day.
- Set reminders if you often forget to drink. Use a phone timer or link drinking water to everyday activities 鈥 such as having a glass with meals, taking water to meetings, or topping up after a break.
- Flavour your water if you鈥檙e not keen on the taste of plain water. Try adding sugar-free squash, cucumber, mint, or strawberries. Avoid using citrus fruits too frequently, as their acidity can weaken tooth enamel over time.听
